This problem is encountered when you can't connect to the server which means there is a problem on their side or on your side. Try re-installing the modem again to fix this issue. Additionally, contact the ones you have the modem from and ask about the service status. It's possible that the service is under maintenance or something related.
In some cases, these modems can't be installed in various operating systems (Windows 8 and Windows 7) because the drivers are not compatible but there is a way.
Plug the modem to your PC/laptop then right click the driver from the My Computer followed by Explore. Launch the support software and install it even if the driver installation fails then restart the computer. Once it's back to desktop, go to Device Manager, right click the modem item and select Update Driver. Point the installer to the Program files folder > Modem folder and wait for full installation. Even if Windows will say the driver isn't signed, you can continue with the installation procedure.
I'm using MTN F@stLink and I'm experiencing some problems. When I sent 20 SMS, it charge me another extra 20. Also, when I want to buy data bundle it is always referring to the new bundle that I don't know. Can you help me?

If you're charged with 20 extra SMS and if you don't know anything about the new data bundle, you will need to inform MTN. You can get in touch with them using the [email protected] email address. Also, you can find information about the new bundle if you click the Purchase bundles button from the official web page, but for this you will need to have an active account.
I get a error 619 message when trying to connect.
